Pay: $27.73 - $28.72 per hour, DOE

The Communications and Fundraising Assistant specializes in providing support to the Director of Growth and Director of Communications and Distribution. The Assistant will play a pivotal role in growing Open Signal’s visibility, relationships, and community of participants and supporters. Through community outreach and by fostering a supportive and resource-rich environment, this position is instrumental in supporting organizational sustainability and impact.


This is a permanent, 0.75 FTE (30 hours/week) non-exempt position. The starting salary range is $27.73 - $28.72 per hour, with a benefits package including 100% coverage of employee health insurance premiums, optional dental insurance, employer paid Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long Term disability, employer-sponsored retirement plans (traditional and Roth 401K) with up to a 4% employer match, 11 paid holidays, an annual winter closure, and generous PTO.
