Signal Share: Animation April with Toon Boom

Signal Share: Animation April with Toon Boom
  • Cost: Free
  • Capacity: 5

Signal Share is a place for Open Signal members to connect. This month, we'll cover the basics of animation software Toon Boom!

Building on our monthly member meetups, Signal Shares are a space for Open Signal members to connect! Each month, we gather with Open Signal staff, producers, supporters and special guests to catch up and share what we've been up to. All are welcome.

This month, join us for a skill share on the animation software Toon Boom, led by our Facilities & Equipment Manager Noah. Learn the basics of Toon Boom using our new Wacom Drawing Tablets! There will be time for an animation exercise and to work on your own ideas and ask questions. Attendees will need to have basic comprehension of Mac Laptops.

Participating in this skill share will result in your Open Signal animation certification. This means you will be able to make reservations to use our onsite Animation Suite, and make reservations to check out Wacom tablets and MacBooks with Toon Boom. Use of these resources is reserved for creation of content that will air on our cable channels
