Classes
Our classes offer hands-on training on professional equipment to to help you learn the essentials of media production and build confidence in your technical and creative abilities.
Start Your Media Education Journey
We offer video and studio production classes in an inclusive and friendly group environment. Our education offerings focus on building professional skills and a network of collaborators from our community of media makers. Classes are free for Open Signal members who have completed an Orientation.
Each class certifies you to check out equipment from our equipment library or to book time in our production studios — meaning you can start producing your own content for broadcast on our cable channels or volunteer on community productions!
Use of Open Signal resources is offered at no cost to our members, however we ask that you submit work created with these resources to our cable channels.
See a full list of classes on our calendar.
