Open Signal's volunteer Board will meet virtually on Zoom in November. The public is welcome to join. Public comment will begin at approximately 5:30PM. To request the zoom link, please email directors@opensignalpdx.org.
We ask that community members submit their comments in writing ahead of time. This will allow us to respond to the best of our abilities during the public comment portion of our meetings, keep track of comments more easily, and have a record to follow up if there's anything we can't get to during our sessions. We ask that written comments be submitted by Monday, November 10th. Submit your comments via email to boardmembers(at)opensignalpdx.org. You can also provide public comment verbally during the meeting.
