All are welcome! This month, join us for a conversation between journalist and filmmaker Kavitha Chekuru and Andrew DeVigal, Open Signal board member and Agora Journalism Center Director. 

Kavitha Chekuru is a senior producer for Fault Lines, Al Jazeera English's award-winning documentary program covering U.S. policy and its role around the globe. A graduate of Northwestern University, her reporting focuses on human rights issues. You'll find work from Kavitha below.

Andrew DeVigal is an Emmy Award-winning visual storyteller and the Director of the Agora Journalism Center, the gathering place for innovation in communication and civic engagement at the University of Oregon's School of Journalism & Communication. Andrew is also the former Multimedia Editor of The New York Times, where he conceived and produced groundbreaking story forms and processes that helped shape the industry.
