Portland Community Media transformed into Open Signal and the press has been taking notice.

XRAY.FM and Open Signal are thrilled to present XRAY TV, an MTV-inspired curated content block debuting this Saturday on our cable channel Pulse of Portland.

At our first Open House, the community came together to celebrate a new beginning for our facility.

We're closed to the public in January, while we make some exciting updates to our community space. 

On Saturday, Feb. 25, Open Signal will host an open house with tours, demos and more.

StreamPDX, a mobile recording/podcasting studio with a community-driven mission, has set up shop in our parking lot, and will be on-site through 2017.
